Founded by a Registered Nurse Esther Venina Tali, Pacific Health Workforce Academy combines clinical expertise, cultural capability, and workforce development to prepare the next generation of healthcare workers.
With a background in nursing and a commitment to supporting Pacific learners, Esther identified the need for stronger pathways between education, employment, and culturally safe healthcare practice.
The Academy works alongside Registered Training Organisations, healthcare providers, and community partners to create supported pathways that help learners transition from training into meaningful employment with confidence and competence.
